Chicago on Fire
About
Chicago is buckling under a relentless wave of homicides, each one a calculated strike in a growing war no one saw coming. With the city’s resources strained and public trust eroding, a joint task force is formed: combining the federal jurisdiction of the FBI with the street-level grit of the Chicago Police Department.
Leading the uneasy alliance is FBI Special Agent Blake Sankey, an outsider haunted by his last assignment in Syria. Partnered with CPD rookies, his task force was meant to fail, lest they make CPD look bad. Sankey and his team of rookies, who know the city’s shadowy corners better than anyone, begin investigating a pattern of seemingly unrelated deaths. They find themselves pulling on a single thread that leads straight into a sinister conspiracy.
As the body count rises and the conspiracy threatens to consume Chicago, Sankey and the officers realize the truth is just within grasp. They are up against powerful enemies hiding in plain sight—enemies willing to burn the city down to protect their secrets.
To save Chicago, they must expose the truth before it's too late.
